This class is the analysis of last trip " walk / bike / boat " contain two parts :
the first part : the content is a disabled person without arms to take the plane what happened to him . 









Problem : 
  1. Disabled person :
  • The disabled no arms 
  • Disabled person don`t have advance coordination
  • The disabled have not a partner . 
     2.  Airline company :
  • Hardware facilities :Seats not suitable for disabled people, we should let him sit in the first row / the meal and utensils is not fit for disabled person / On the plane did not use recreational facilities for people with disabilities
  • Services :Crew without professional training services for persons with disabilities / No dedicated crew services to persons with disabilities / Crew don`t know what disabled person want .
Insight :
  1. Disabled person :
  • In the purchase stage, the conditions of people with disabilities have the opportunity to be presented to the airline in advance demand 
  •  when their unaccompanied assist others when needed, this requires good communication and airlines in advance.
  • When booking with disabilities can also be made ​​to the airline seat requirements. 
  • In the flight phase, people with disabilities from the left seat, dining, toilet, so you can place your belongings flight attendants provide assistance. 
    2.  Airline company : 
  • The tickets show evidence of disability should enjoy certain concessions.
  • In order to keep safety , the airline company should restrict the number of disabled on the plane .
  • In the waiting stage, airlines, airports, airport ground service agent should be provided at the main entrance of Terminal appropriate services for people with disabilities, and has eye-catching logo, disabled friends can also enjoy free shipping piece of assistive devices. 
the second part : the analysis that the Doctors request .

The movement of people , goods , and services is vital to city life .
    Problems :
  1. Government :
  • Construction of public facilities is not well : The channel and boat stops don`t have a good design and planning / River rocks protruding surface / In order to keep security , no street lights on both sides of the river and fence on the passway / Bridge has great ups and downs, and while there is no railing /  
  • The quality of public transport is often poor , particularly in terms of reliability and frequency . criticisms from participants also included unattractiveness ,lack of safety , and inconvenience / Urban transport has major environmental impacts ,especially on local air quality , noise and risks to life and limb / Measures to improve accessibility to urban transport by the disadvantaged in the community are not well targeted / Service delivery is often inefficient and short on innovation
     2.   Local people :
  • Hardware facilities :Relatively backward infrastructure / there are some problems about construction planning about their house / No significant improvement of living environment / The passway and obstacles on the channel /  Housing is no fence blocking privacy
  • Lifestyle : Live privacy protection is not well about their life / Environmental awareness is not strong / There is a little problems about lifestyle / Clothes to dry on the outside freely / There leave some sewage and garbage in the river 
     Insight :
  1. Government :
  • No matter tourist or transport the government should give a idea to governance , not only for cityscape but also for local people / It`s better to average the boats as the bus system to two-way traffic, punctuality , link Tonburi area to city center and relieve traffic pressure / some clearer is needed to keep the channel clear and keep security .
  • In many respects , urban transport performs well , but there is scope for improvement / Integrated land use and transport planning / Seek greater efficiency and innovation / Better pricing / Helping the disadvantaged is a matter of social justice which should encompass all the options for improving access / Better access for the transport disadvantaged
  • Road should be divided into motor vehicle lanes and non-motorized vehicles / If remediation is required dredge the river, try to make the bridge and houses don`t occupy the river, cleaning vessel traffic barriers .
    2.   Lifestyle :
  • Hardware facilities : Strive to improve their housing security and privacy-It`s better not on the water / Reasonable treatment of waste water and garbage / Transform and beautify their houses 
  • Lifestyle : Protection of the environment is everyone's responsibility / It should be a long-term plan for the local people to engage in various activities / Do well on greening and beautification work / Keep the river clean and unimpeded .
In my opinion , government is more powerful than local people , Standing on the perspective of taxpayers ,  I give more suggestions to government .
I like the boat travel , so I want talk more about it : In few cities , boat are an essential part of the public transport system , such as Venice , boat account for around 105 million passenger journeys per year , compared with 134 million by bus , river journeys are for those who find them pleasant rather than those who simply want to arrive at their destination , but with increasing road congestion , by boat will save time . In order to ensure a quiet life of the locals, must control noise pollution from boat .
the third part : Given the region's transportation planning .
Transport shaped cities and is shaped by them .
      Transport gives people access to a wide range of economic , social and cultural activities
     The different modes of transport allow people to choose how they go to work , school , shops and so on .
    On this part , We were played three different roles : local people / tourist / worker .
     1.  Local people : the most consideration is convenient to buy daily necessities : the local people as the picture show in the oval (Bang Mot area) is better to Thung Khru Pracha Uthit 61 New Market go shopping , so I find a place to gathering people together ,the best place is aggregation point , not only north people by boat or bus but also south people by boat is very convenient , and there is a road straight go the market , especially there are many small market along the road .the people on the north of the Bang Mot area , they can take boat and bus to the market of Oh Ae Market , Market Bang Mot and Bang Mot Police station Market with convenience .the people in the most north , they can take boat to Chom Thong New Market and Wat Sai Float Market .

     2. Tourist : the most important thing to consider is the beautiful scenery and cultural landscape , of course the service quality can be improved . Plan A : If the tourists have no much time and they want go shopping , from the BTS station go down to the stop point 2 then transfer to the stop point 4 , after shopping back to BTS station . Plan B : If the tourists have some time to enjoy the sense , from the BTS station go down to the stop point 1 then transfer to stop point 2 Gassan Driving Range (Big 5), then go up to stop point 5 have a rest ,back to BTS station . It`s also better to take the river to the sea beach .

      3.  Worker : the  most consideration is convenient and fast transportation . the worker in the black area better to take the bus on the motor way 9 to the green area ; the worker in the blue area want to work in the pink area ,it`s batter to take boat ; If the work in blue area want to work in the green area ,it`s better to change boat to bus at the blue pentagram though the purple pentagram ; either the pink area or green area the worker want go , it`s better to transfer at the black pentagram then to the purple pentagram , then they can go where they want .it`s better built the point of purple pentagram as a Business Center or Transportation Center

      Public transport plays a key role : it is better suited to journeys to or from city centers and the larger sub-centers , especially along the more densely populated and patronized corridors in the peak hour .so I suggest more use of public transport . 

     Each country has different condition , so if I'm not good understanding of national policy and legal / customs and lifestyle , the above mentioned are just stuck at the level of theory . If  want in-depth research ,I have to learn more .

      In the coming decade , the Bangkok people will enjoy the Eco-friendly modes of transport which ensure their convenient , rapid and safe mobility , and enhance Bangkok`s standing as a sustainable livable city .
